The Fire District ALWAYS needs new volunteers.  Being a volunteer firefighter can be one of the most rewarding jobs you can do for your community.  Through your duties on one of the volunteer fire departments, you are provided with the opportunity to give back to the community in which you live.

There is no requirement of fire knowledge needed to serve on a volunteer fire department.  All a person must be is willing to learn.  Through various trainings offered throughout the district, every firefighter is properly equipped with the needed knowledge prior to entering the scene of an alarm.

Volunteer firefighters do not have to be a bodybuilder or have enormous amounts of extra time.  Generally, a job can be located within the fire department for those individuals willing to learn.
